11:22 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venu Holding ( VENU ) said Tuesday it awarded contracts to Aramark's ( ARMK ) Sports + Entertainment for facilities management at three of its amphitheaters.

The agreement, which also includes an equity investment in Venu ( VENU ), covers food and beverage concessions, artist and branded venue retail, custodial and grounds maintenance, and cleaning and engineering services.

Aramark ( ARMK ) will provide services at the company's Sunset Amphitheater at Broken Arrow in Oklahoma, Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney in Texas, and Ford Amphitheater in Colorado.
