Vera Therapeutics' Q1 Net Loss Widens

09:38 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vera Therapeutics ( VERA ) shares were down 4.4% in early Tuesday trading after the company reported a Q1 net loss of $0.81 per share, widening from a loss of $0.56 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.75.

The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company did not report any revenue for the quarter.

The company reported cash and cash equivalents of $589.8 million as of March 31.
