10:47 AM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veren ( VRN ) has completed its business combination with Whitecap Resources, the latter said Monday.

Following the Veren ( VRN ) merger and asset divestitures, Whitecap has increased its 2025 average production forecast to 295,000 to 300,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

For H2, production is expected to average 363,000 to 368,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
