Verint Systems Well-Positioned to Increase Momentum in CX Market, Wedbush Says
Jun 5, 2025 10:19 AM

12:45 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verint Systems ( VRNT ) is well-positioned to build further momentum in the customer experience market, with the artificial intelligence revolution estimated to spark $2 trillion in spending over the next 10 years, Wedbush said in a Thursday note.

"Verint ( VRNT ) continues to differentiate itself through proven AI outcomes as it capitalizes on current AI adoption demand trends," said the investment firm, noting the company's "strong" fiscal Q1 beat. Annual recurring revenue from AI now represents about 50% of Verint's ( VRNT ) subscription ARR in the quarter, Wedbush said.

Meanwhile, the company's fiscal 2026 guidance is within Street expectations as Verint ( VRNT ) looks to continue capitalizing on its AI strategy, Wedbush added. The increasing adoption of Verint's ( VRNT ) AI-powered bots within its CX automation platform is expected to drive AI ARR growth further, Wedbush said.

Wedbush reiterated its outperform rating on Verint Systems ( VRNT ), with a $30 price target.
