10:47 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verisk Analytics ( VRSK ) said Tuesday it has launched a cash tender offer for up to $400 million of its 4.000% senior notes due 2025.

The company said it may increase or decrease the maximum amount of the tender offer.

The settlement date is expected June 7 for notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn at or before the early tender date of June 4 and accepted for purchase, the company said.
