03:45 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veritone ( VERI ) said late Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 9.5 million common shares at $2.63 each for expected gross proceeds of $25 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.4 million additional shares.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing of the offering is expected on Friday.
