01:55 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VF (VFC) shares fell nearly 4% in recent Tuesday trading, a day after the company announced a leadership change for its The North Face brand.

The company said late Monday it appointed Caroline Brown as global brand president of The North Face, succeeding Nicole Otto, starting next week. Brown most recently served as a VF independent director.

More than 3.5 million shares were traded against a daily average of roughly 9.7 million shares.
