08:56 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viasat ( VSAT ) said Wednesday it has selected Blue Origin as its launch mission partner to support a demonstration of its InRange launch telemetry relay service as part of its work with NASA's communications services project.

Viasat ( VSAT ) said its space missions team will work with Blue Origin on two future launches of its New Glenn space vehicle.

The missions are part of a NASA effort to transition orbital communication users from its system to commercial solutions, the company said.

Shares of the company were up by nearly 1% in premarket trading.
