ViaSat Sells Energy Services System Integration Business to MAG Capital

05:28 PM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ViaSat ( VSAT ) said Wednesday it completed the sale of Energy Services System Integration business to private investment firm MAG Capital Partners.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said about 80 employees currently working with the business will move to Nessco, the new company, and the sale includes its System Integration facility in Aberdeen, Scotland.
