VICI Properties Unit Closes $1.3 Billion Notes Offering

04:55 PM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VICI Properties ( VICI ) said late Monday that its unit completed a $1.3 billion public offering of senior unsecured notes.

The offering comprised $400 million of 4.750% senior unsecured notes due 2028 and $900 million of 5.625% senior unsecured notes due 2035, the company said.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay the outstanding $500 million of 4.375% senior notes due 2025, $799.4 million of 4.625% senior exchange notes due 2025 and $600,000 of 4.625% senior notes due 2025, VICI added.
