Victory Capital Q4 Adjusted Net Income, Revenue Rise

05:07 PM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Victory Capital ( VCTR ) reported Q4 adjusted net income late Thursday of $1.45 per diluted share, up from $1.15 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.37.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $232.4 million, up from $205.8 million a year earlier.

Victory Capital ( VCTR ) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.47 per share from $0.44 per share, payable March 10 to shareholders of record on Feb. 18.
