Victory Capital submits new bid for rival Janus Henderson

March 17 (Reuters) - Victory Capital ( VCTR ) on Tuesday

submitted a new bid to acquire rival asset manager Janus

Henderson ( JHG ).

Under the revised proposal, San Antonio-based Victory is

offering $40 in cash and 0.25 of its shares for each Janus

share.
