09:05 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viemed Healthcare ( VMD ) said Wednesday that it finalized the acquisition of Illinois-based Lehan's Medical Equipment for $26 million plus up to $2.2 million in contingent payments.

The company said it plans to increase its 2025 guidance to reflect the acquisition's contribution when it reports its Q2 financial results.

Viemed said Lehan generated $25.7 million in revenue and $7.4 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2024.

The deal, funded through cash and existing credit lines, strengthens Viemed's presence in home medical equipment and women's health products across Northern Illinois and parts of Wisconsin, it said.
