Viridian Metals Up 27% as Coulter Wright Joins Management Team

02:15 PM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viridian Metals (VRDN.V) was last seen up 27% to a 52-week high after the company on Friday said Coulter Wright is joining its senior management team as corporate secretary effective immediately.

Wright has more than 25 years of corporate finance, investment and start-up experience. In 2014, Wright's investment in Real Matters led to an executive team role where he helped the company through three acquisitions spanning 18 months.

"We are very pleased to have Coulter joining the team at Viridian. He is a recognized industry innovator with a track record of driving transformative growth," said Chief Business Development Officer Lee Bowles. "Coulter brings a tremendous amount of experience in Capital Markets and business development that will be invaluable in strengthening the reputation of Viridian Metals."

The company's shares were last seen up $0.08 to $0.38 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
