10:25 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vistra ( VST ) said Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of seven natural gas plants totaling about 2,600 megawatts from Lotus Infrastructure Partners after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals.

Vistra ( VST ) said it May that it would acquire the assets for $1.9 billion.

The acquisition expands Vistra's ( VST ) generation fleet across major US markets, including New England, New York and California, the company said.

Vistra ( VST ) shares were 1.5% lower in recent trading.
