Vita Coco Says Recent Tariff Relief Will Not Have Material Impact on Fiscal 2025 Results
Nov 17, 2025 7:23 AM

09:52 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vita Coco ( COCO ) said Monday that the recent tariff relief order will not have a material impact on its fiscal 2025 results because the inventory expected to sell in the remainder of this year has already incurred tariffs.

On Friday, the White House issued an executive order, under which Vita Coco ( COCO ) coconut water products will be exempt from reciprocal tariffs, the company said, adding that the 40% ad valorem duty applicable to imports from Brazil will continue for the time being.

Vita Coco ( COCO ) said the average tariff rate for its products arriving in US will decrease from 23% previously to about 6% based on current sourcing and product mix, following the tariff relief order.

Shares of the company were up more than 13% in recent Monday trading.
