Vitalhub Increases Credit Facilities to $65 Million

12:18 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vitalhub ( VHIBF ) on Monday said it increased its credit facilities with the Bank of Nova Scotia to $65 million from $33 million.

The health-technologies company said the facilities consist of a $60-million term facility and a $5-million revolving facility, with the option to increase by an additional $10 million.

"The increased credit facilities strengthen our financial flexibility to continue investing in the global growth opportunities available to VitalHub ( VHIBF ). We currently have over $50 million of cash in addition to the cash that is being generated from operations," Brian Goffenberg, the company's chief financial officer, said.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.10 to $11.19 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
