10:14 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VivoPower International ( VVPR ) said Wednesday that its Tembo e-LV unit has extended the finalization of a definitive merger agreement with Cactus Acquisition Corp. 1 ( CCTS ) by a month to July 31.

Tembo continues to negotiate with Cactus Acquisition to conclude the proposed deal, VivoPower ( VVPR ) said.

Shares of VivoPower ( VVPR ) soared nearly 77% in recent trading, while Cactus Acquisition was slightly lower.
