Vizio and Walmart receive request from FTC for additional information for proposed merger

April 30 (Reuters) -

Vizio ( VZIO ) and Walmart ( WMT ) both have received a

request for additional information from the U.S. Federal Trade

Commission in connection with their proposed merger, the smart

TV maker said on Tuesday.
