08:35 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vnet Group ( VNET ) said Friday its board has authorized a share buyback program under which the company may repurchase up to $50 million of its American depositary shares.

Each American depositary shares represents six class A ordinary shares of the company.

The company said it expects to utilize its existing funds to fund repurchases made under the program.

Shares were 5.4% higher in recent premarket activity.
