Vontier Acquires Sergeant Sudz

10:15 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vontier ( VNT ) said Tuesday that it has acquired tunnel car wash technology provider Sergeant Sudz.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company said it will combine its DRB car wash technology with Sergeant Sudz's motor control center and industrial automation expertise.
