03:33 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VOXX International ( VOXX ) said late Thursday it has agreed to sell certain assets, including its RCA trademarks and other intellectual property, to Established for around $25 million.

The deal is expected to close by Aug. 30.

Under the agreement, VOXX Accessories will continue to operate the business and work with customers and partners as usual.
