Voyager Technologies Prices 12.3 Million Shares at $31 per Share in IPO

09:26 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Voyager Technologies ( VOYG ) priced about 12.3 million shares of its Class A stock at $31 a share in its initial public offering, the company said Tuesday.

Underwriters were given a 30-day option to buy up to about 1.85 million additional shares at the IPO price, the company said.

Voyager said it plans to use the net proceeds to back strategic growth initiatives, and possibly for mergers or acquisitions.

Voyager shares are expected to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday under the ticker "VOYG," the company said.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
