W. R. Berkley Declares Regular, Special Dividends

04:39 PM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- W. R. Berkley ( WRB ) said late Friday that its board has declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 and a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share.

Both dividends are payable Dec. 27 to shareholders of record on Dec. 16.
