08:15 AM EST, 01/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wabash National ( WNC ) said Tuesday it named Donald Winston as chief operating officer and Drew Schwartzhoff as chief commercial officer, effective Jan. 15.

Winston and Schwartzhoff joined Wabash in 2024 and 2023, respectively, the company said.

Wabash also said Kevin Page will retire as its chief commercial officer but will continue to serve as a senior adviser through June 1 to ensure a smooth transition.

The company's shares were up 4.1% in premarket activity Tuesday.
