Walgreens Boots Alliance's Cash Tender Offers Extended

04:25 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walgreens Boots Alliance's ( WBA ) cash tender offers were extended in terms of both expiration time and settlement date, according to a statement from Blazing Star Merger Sub.

The tenders in question include 3.6% senior notes due 2025, 3.2% notes due 2030, 4.8% senior notes due 2044, and 4.1% notes due 2050.

The expiration was extended to Aug. 16 from Aug. 21, and the settlement date to Aug. 28.
