Walker & Dunlop Arranges $125 Million Construction Loan for Cassi Project in Miami

06:50 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Tuesday that it arranged a $125 million loan to finance the construction of Cassi, a 107-unit mixed-use project in Miami, Florida.

The 20-story project includes 161,444 rentable square feet of residential space as well as 23,000 rentable square feet of retail space, the company said.
