07:52 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said Thursday it arranged a funding of $128 million for the acquisition of nine Manhattan properties for RYCO Capital.

The interest-only floating rate bridge loan was provided by Derby Copeland Capital, Walker & Dunlop ( WD ) said.

The properties are all located within a two-block stretch in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood, according to the real estate company.
