Walt Disney to Raise Prices of Streaming Subscriptions in October

01:56 PM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Walt Disney ( DIS ) is set to raise the price of Disney Plus subscriptions again in October, according to the platform's support page.

Starting Oct. 21, the ad-supported plan will go up by $2 to $11.99 per month, and the ad-free Premium plan will rise by $3 to $18.99 per month or $189.99 per year, up by $30. Bundles including Disney Plus, Hulu, ESPN Select, and Disney Plus, Hulu, HBO Max will also get more expensive, according to the website.

The company raised prices in December 2022, October 2023, and again in October 2024. These increases have helped Disney ( DIS ) turn a profit from streaming for the first time last year, The Verge reported Tuesday.
