Walton Street has originated a loan to a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital for the acquisition of 33 West (the “Property”), a 2014-vintage, 376-unit garden-style apartment community in the Davie submarket of the Fort Lauderdale MSA.

The Property, located at 6300 Southwest 24th Place, Davie, FL, is a high-quality, Class A community offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans with an average unit size of 1,003 SF.
