11:41 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Wednesday that Brad Singer will become chief financial officer of Warner Bros. after the company's planned separation, expected by mid-2026.

He will report to Chief Executive David Zaslav and oversee all global financial operations, including planning, accounting, audit, treasury, tax, procurement, and investor relations, the company said.

Singer will start in a strategic role in October ahead of the company's formal spin-off, it added.

He was previously a partner and chief operating officer at ValueAct Capital, according to the statement.
