Warner Music, AI Music Firm Suno Form Partnership

02:57 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Music Group ( WMG ) and AI music firm Suno said Tuesday they are forming a partnership and also settling previous litigation between the two parties.

The companies said they will collaborate on licensed AI music that opens new revenue opportunities for artists and songwriters.

Suno also acquired concert discovery platform, Songkick, from Warner Music ( WMG ), they said. Financial details were not disclosed.
