Warrantee Gets Nasdaq Delisting Decision, Plans to Appeal
Apr 19, 2024 1:59 PM

04:38 PM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warrantee (WRNT) said late Friday it was informed by Nasdaq that, due to its failure to regain compliance with the minimum bid requirement, the company's securities will be scheduled for delisting unless it requests an appeal of the decision to a hearings panel.

The company said it plans to appeal Nasdaq's decision, and that a hearing request will stay the suspension of the securities.

Warrantee said it's considering all options, including a reverse stock split.
