03:32 AM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Connections ( WCN ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of 500 million Canadian dollars ($363.6 million) of 4.50% senior notes due 2029 at 99.933% of their face value.

The offering is expected to close Thursday. The expected net proceeds of about C$495 million are expected to be used to repay other debt, the company said.
