10:27 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Management (WM) said Monday it completed the acquisition of Stericycle ( SRCL ) .

The waste management company sealed an agreement in June to acquire Stericycle ( SRCL ) for $62 per share in cash for a total enterprise value of $7.2 billion.

Stericycle ( SRCL ) shares will stop trading on the Nasdaq from Monday, Waste Management said.
