11:48 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waton Financial (WTF) on Tuesday debuted on Nasdaq, while it priced an initial public offering of nearly 4.4 million ordinary shares at $4 apiece for expected gross proceeds of $17.5 million.

The company also offered underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 656,250 additional shares at the IPO price.

The offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
