Wayfair Prices Upsized $800 Million Debt Offering

04:29 AM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wayfair ( W ) said Tuesday it has priced an offering of $800 million of 7.250% senior secured notes due 2029.

The offering, expected to close Oct. 8, was increased from a previously announced $700 million.

Wayfair ( W ) said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering, along with cash on hand, to repay other debt and for general corporate purposes.

Price: 54.06, Change: +0.03, Percent Change: +0.06
