Webuy Global Closes $3.7 Million Stock Offering; Shares Rise After Hours

05:42 PM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Webuy Global ( WBUY ) said late Tuesday it closed a registered direct offering of about 21 million class A ordinary shares at $0.1756 apiece for about $3.7 million in estimated gross proceeds.

The company's shares were up more than 4% in after-hours activity.
