WELL Health Subsidiary Circle Medical Exceeds US$100 Million Revenue Run Rate

07:39 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WELL Health Technologies ( WHTCF ) , a digital healthcare company, on Tuesday said its majority-owned subsidiary, Circle Medical, a digital-first primary care practice in the U.S., surpassed a US$100 million revenue run rate.

Last month, Circle Medical reported US$8.87 million in revenue, a 65% increase over last year.

The company is also investing in AI technologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. It recently appointed Miguel Jette as its first Head of AI, who has over 20 years of experience in the field.

Circle Medical has retained JP Morgan as exclusive financial advisor to explore strategic options for its next phase of growth.
