Werner Enterprises' Board Approves New Repurchase Plan for Up to 5 Million Shares; Maintains Dividend

04:25 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Werner Enterprises ( WERN ) said late Monday its board approved a new repurchase program, authorizing the company to buy back up to 5 million shares.

The board withdrew the previous authorization, which had about 1.8 million shares remaining available for repurchase, the company said.

The board also declared an unchanged regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share, payable Oct. 22 to stockholders of record Oct. 6.
