05:02 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Westaim ( WEDXF ) after trade Tuesday said it sold all its remaining 1.91-million shares in Skyward Specialty Insurance Group.

The investment-holding company said proceeds, less commissions, were approximately US$79 million.

Westaim's ( WEDXF ) remaining investments include significant interests in Arena and the Arena FINCOs.

The company's shares closed down $0.04 to $3.81 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
