04:23 PM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yukon Metals ( YMMCF ) Friday said it entered into an exploration agreement with the Tu Lidlini Dena Council with respect to the company's Star River project, agreeing to issue 50,000 warrants to the Council.

The company said the warrants are exercisable at a price of $0.58 per share for a period of five years from the date of issuance.

The company shares closed up $0.05 to $0.63 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
