12:46 PM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Western Acquisition Ventures ( WAVS ) said Thursday that it has received shareholder approvals to extend its deadline of a business combination to Jan. 11, 2025, from Oct. 11, 2024.

The vote was held during a virtual special meeting of stockholders on Oct. 9, according to the company.
