07:12 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Western Copper and Gold ( WRN ) on Tuesday announced changes to its senior management team.

Michael Psihogios is succeeding Varun Prasad as CFO and Jeff Eng will be taking on the role of vice president of projects in early August.

Prasad, who served in the company for 13 years, will continue in his role for the next two months to assist with the transition.

Psihogios is currently the CFO of Atlas Salt. Eng was most recently a project director for Teck Resources (TECK-A.TO, TECK-B.TO) working on the mine life extension for the Red Dog mine, among other projects.
