Westlake to Buy ACI's Compounding Solutions Business

06:22 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Westlake (WLK) said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire the global compounding solutions business of Portuguese specialty materials manufacturer ACI.

The company did not disclose the transaction's financial details.

The deal is expected to close in early 2026, the company said.
