WF International Shares Rise After Nasdaq Debut at Higher-Than-IPO Price

11:47 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WF International (WXM) stock was up more than 4% in recent Tuesday trading after opening at $4.20 per share in its Nasdaq debut, higher than the $4-per-share initial public offering price.

The offering, consisting of about 1.4 million ordinary shares, is expected to close on Wednesday, the company said.

Underwriters were granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 210,000 shares at the IPO price, WF International added.
