WhiteFiber Shares Rise in Nasdaq Debut

12:18 PM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WhiteFiber (WYFI) shares were up more than 11% after the stock began trading on the Nasdaq Thursday.

WhiteFiber said Wednesday it priced its upsized initial public offering of around 9.4 million shares at $17 per share. The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.4 million shares.

The offering is expected to close around Friday, the company said.
