WhiteHat Jr. gets partial gag order against critic Pradeep Poonia

WhiteHat Junior's founder had filed a defamation suit against Pradeep Poonia who had been criticising the ed-tech company's marketing strategy and the quality of teachers on its platforms through his social media accounts.

The Delhi High Court today, directed Poonia to take down some of his tweets and restrained him from using the name 'WhiteHat Senior' on YouTube. The matter will be heard again on January 6th.

WhiteHat Junior was recently acquired by BYJU's.

To discuss this, Startup Street spoke to Karan Bajaj, founder and CEO of WhiteHat Junior and Defendant, Pradeep Poonia.
