08:36 AM EST, 02/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wi2Wi ( ISEYF ) overnight Thursday said it will raise $750,000 in a non-brokered private placement of up to 15 million units at $0.05 apiece.

Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to buy one share at $0.10 for a period of two years from the closing date of the offering.

Wi2Wi ( ISEYF ) intends to use proceeds for working capital purposes.
