WillScot Mobile Mini Unit Plans Offering of $500 Million Senior Secured Notes Due 2029

09:58 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings ( WSC ) said Thursday that its indirect unit, Williams Scotsman, plans to issue $500 million in senior secured notes that are due in 2029.

The net proceeds will be used to repay $493.5 million in outstanding debt, Williams Scotsman said.
